Description 


KYC AML Analytics & Quality involves using advanced data techniques to ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate financial crime, and enhance customer due diligence for US Commercial Card members, PA’s and Legal Entities. This is a complex role which will help in the success of a risk-free environment for the enterprise and help in delivering outstanding customer service.


Roles & Responsibilities


The position will have responsibility for development & ongoing delivery of Quality, reporting & insights suite for consumer KYC business, offering transformation initiative and critical strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be required to:


  • Independently lead and deliver performance & quality insights enabling stakeholders in faster decision making to drive significant business impact
  • Lead effort to automate and standardize reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy that will ensure flawless delivery exceeding customer expectations.
  • Conduct deep dives to uncover data trends, insights against risk indicators and recommend business solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities and technology teams.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to apply quantitative methods and business skills to drive business results and provide action steps in a fast-paced environment
  • Optimize these frameworks through strategic deep dives.

Qualifications


  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in analytics supporting either risk or quality
  • Bachelor's/ Masters in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Operation Research, Computer Science or Economics etc.)
  • Good understanding of statistical models such as random forest, KNN etc
  • Strong relationship building, management and influencing skills
  • Strong quantitative skills with a solid understanding of probability and statistics
  • Creativity to go beyond current tools to construct and deliver the best solution to the problem, ability and comfort with working independently and making key decisions on projects
  • Expertise in an analytical language (Python, R, or the equivalent), and experience with databases (Hive, SQL, Google Big Qu or the equivalent).
  • Prior experience working with very large datasets using Big Data tools and platforms (Hadoop, Spark, or the equivalent), and familiar with data manipulation, automation, analysis and visualization techniques (VBA, Tableau, Power BI)
