Key Responsibilities
• Perform the daily activities such as bank reconciliations, ad hoc journals postings, costing activities such as costing of new parts, updating of pump cost with freight costs, Fixed Assets accounting, etc.,
• Perform month end activities such as posting journal batches, balance sheet reconciliations, BS review items, Concur accounting review, FX rates, Setup new month, GL Batches, Fixed assets close activities, etc.,
• Support SOX, Internal and External audit process.
• Support in data gathering, collation and review for financial reporting.
• Support intercompany activities such as recharges, reconciliations, etc.,
• Review data from the general ledger, unit reports and various financial systems to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and certifications.
• Maintain knowledge of Vontier accounting and regulatory reporting policies.
• Understand and ensure compliance and risk management policies.
• Perform ongoing financial control functions in accordance with internal controls policies.
• Collaborate and consult with stakeholders throughout the enterprise.
• Prepare flux analysis and comments.
• Prepare & process tax related calculations & journal entries.
• HFM uploads and reporting.
• Help in preparing quarterly, half yearly and annual schedules.
• Adhere to the process quality metrics.
• Ensure continuous review and update of the Standard Work documents.
• Adhere to service quality standards and ensure zero escalations from leaders/stakeholders.
• Should be a good team player – demonstrated professional interpersonal and networking skills.
• Adhere to office policies & protocols including working from office as defined and required by the leaders.

Proven professional with understanding of accounting theory, current accounting issues, and accounting systems. Hands on experience with end to end of process knowledge including documentation and assessment of design and operating effectiveness of controls. Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively within all levels of the Company including those outside of the accounting function. A proven track
record in meeting deadlines and working collaboratively as part of a team. Demonstrated leadership capability and a strong desire to advance in your career through stretch assignments and personal growth. Intimate working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel) and tech savvy to enable adoption of new software tools.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
• Commerce graduate/CA/CWA-Inter with reputed university.
• 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting or Risk
Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the
following: work experience, training, Education.
