Autodesk is looking for a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to drive growth within a targeted set of accounts and industry clusters. In this role, you will influence executive engagement, foster long-term customer relationships, and increase awareness and adoption of Autodesk software and services. You will interact closely with the account sales team and their customers to position Autodesk as a strategic partner, driving alignment, visibility, engagement, and advancing customers' business objectives. This position reports to the Senior Manager, ABM and offers a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales on account plans, marketing strategy, tools, and customer programs
- Identify marketing opportunities to intentionally support and drive business objectives
- Work with a broader group of account-based marketers to align on programmatic campaigns for enterprise accounts
- Develop account-based marketing plans with clear growth, executive engagement, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Nurture contacts within prioritized accounts and engage them with innovative, targeted marketing strategies to drive account opportunities
- Identify and cultivate the buyer committee within the accounts
- Create and execute Executive Connect & Engagement Programs (CXO Programs)
- Foster peer-to-peer interaction among customers within their industry and across industries to encourage sharing of best practices
- Develop and utilize programs, tools, and assets designed to position Autodesk as a strategic partner, helping customers get the most value from our solutions, relationships, and services
- Implement programs, including planning, logistics, budgeting, list management, follow-up, and reporting
- Measure the success of account-based marketing programs in terms of contact, pipeline, and marketing investment
- Leverage internal and external resources, partners, and programs to support account goals by navigating Autodesk’s organization and professional networks
- Serve as the "voice" of account teams and their customers within the broader Autodesk organization to ensure their needs are considered when developing and implementing programs and tools
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field with 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software
- Industry background in Design and Manufacturing is a plus
- Master’s degree in management
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and consultative input to sales teams
- Experience in generating fresh creative ideas for account-based marketing to support sales goals and executing them
- Direct customer-facing experience in account-based marketing, field marketing, or solution sales roles
- Experience in executive engagement and event management
- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Ability to travel up to 30% during peak times

- You enjoy being part of a team. You create and leverage relationships internally to extend programs to customers, leading your own intentional account-based efforts
- You’re not only skilled at creating and selling program ideas, but also at encouraging alignment with sales teams and building upon existing programs and deliverables
- You’re an extension of the sales team. You’re a marketer with a customer-focused and business development mindset, comfortable interacting with all levels of customers and often serving as the "face" of marketing
- You have experience partnering with internal and external executives

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
