Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Administrator to join Caterpillar Financial Services India Private Limited The preference for this role is to be based out of Aurangabad or Pune, India   What you will do Manages relationships, satisfaction scores, grows and maintains the business processes and workflows with a key group of customers or business partners Ensuring up-to-date CRM information is maintained in customer database. Identifying and developing business relationships with key customers, key influencers, dealers and senior leaders, and establishing self as an expert resource. Management of customer satisfaction target and corporate goals and metrics. Understanding of information systems processes and data flows. What you will have  Degree or equivalent experience desired Skills desired: Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Level Working Knowledge: • Discusses industry-specific flagship products and services. • Demonstrates current knowledge of the regulatory environment for industry segment. • Describes the contribution of own function as it relates to the industry segment. • Participates in major industry professional associations; subscribes to industry-specific publications. • Currently works with a major industry segment and associated functions and features. Service Excellence : Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner. Level Extensive Experience: • Anticipates customers' needs and satisfies them proactively. • Resolves complex customer complaints or problems. • Teaches others how to deliver excellent customer service in a variety of settings. • Applies the concept of 'Moments of Truth' to customer service. • Participates in developing a variety of effective ways to deal with difficult customers. • Recovers from a service failure in a way that enhances customer's esteem of the organization. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
