Semiconductor ATE Test Engineer (NI)


1. Master’s degree in Electronics engineering with 1-3 years of experience and excellent academic track record.


2. The applicant should have strong grasp of digital electronics, analog circuits, and CMOS devices.


3. Should have worked in NI ATE Tester preferable GP3, used LabVIEW or C# for Test development.


4. Programming skills in C++, C# (must to have)


5. Preferable Programming language skill Perl, Python or any script language


6. Knowledge on mixed signal devices like ADC, DAC


7. Knowledge about different architecture used in ADC - its test parameters and or concepts to test it.


8. Knowledge of using bench test equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators is a plus


9. Other ATE work experience (preferable),


10. Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills


11. Must be a good team player with good written and verbal communication skills
