- Position will be based in Bengaluru
- Willing to travel occasionally for onsite meetings, trainings and team workshops as required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to ERP Technical Manager he/she will:
- Design, development, operation and governance of SAP security and authorizations
- Ensure Alstom get the right level of support from the partners on the SAP Security and Authorization for the application in their scope
- Ensure Alstom Security & Authorization Best Practices are known and followed by everyone Internally and strategic Partners
- Is Accountable on Validating the work performed by both support and project partner in scope of Referee for Security & Authorization and ensure no compromise in the quality of work
- Being part of ERP Roll out / Implementation / Upgrade Project as actor or coordinating actors
- Provide regular reporting to management and other stakeholders when necessary
- Work closely with functional experts/Business Process Owners/Key users to convert the functional requirement into Technical Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Support of SAP Security Roles & Authorization design across all SAP landscapes with no SOD violation
- Responsible for maintaining role matrix

- Perform regular system audits to detect deviations of established procedures, role mapping, unauthorized system activity and reports findings with in GRC system
- Interface with Internal Compliance and Audit team to address the non-compliance issues
- Interface with Central licensing team and coordinate the SAP User License Management
- Provide L3 Support

- Identify the pain areas in SAP Security Core model, suggest improvements and lead the subject until improvement is delivered
- Responsible Designing and documenting security administration policies and procedures
TECHNCAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
- You have 4-7 years of experience in:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP Security Authorization concepts in SAP ECC, BI, FIORI, HANA, PI, SOLMAN, etc.
- Must have experience in rollout projects
- Must have experience in Fiori role design and support
- Must have experience in HANA DB (S/4 HANA will be a plus)
- Must have hands on experience in GRC 10.1 / 12 - AC Suite configuration
- Strong Understanding of Rule set, Risk, Function concepts and requirements
- Role Design and Modification -Strong understanding on the SOD principles and apply same
- Good understanding on SAP User Licensing
- Experience in Interfacing ERP/GRC application with the AD/HR Application/3rd Party Application
- Audit- Experience in analysing issues and conducting remediation activities, experience working in an Internal and External Audit
- Designing and documenting security administration policies and procedures
- Experience in the operational execution of work with Internal as well as external stakeholder
- Show strong interest and capabilities in cross-technologies troubleshooting.
- Have a technical background and be willing to learn and investigate new technologies.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to use this technical knowledge in collaboration with other departments (engineering, procurement, projects)
- Have a strong sense of customer service and satisfaction
