Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing security solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and implement security solutions to protect the organization's cloud infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data. - Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security risks. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Assist in incident response and recovery efforts. - Train and educate employees on security best practices. - Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments. - Develop and maintain security policies and procedures. - Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts. - Investigate and resolve security incidents. - Provide guidance and support to junior security professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Solution Development. - Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and architectures. - Experience with cloud security controls and operations. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for cloud security. - Familiarity with security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with security incident response and recovery. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR or HIPAA. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Security Solution Development. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A Bachelor or college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
