Job Description
You will be part of Sea Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
Your Role You will be responsible for growing + expanding opportunities for Full Container Load (FCL) + Less Than Container Load (LCL) businesses for our sea logistics team. Your Responsibilities You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
To explore various sources of customer leads in order to convert them to actual opportunities.
To collaborate with our pricing, business development + operations teams to achieve key performance indicators.
To ensure predefined telesales calls are made to develop new business opportunities.
To promote sea logistics services, digital tools + any other solutions to meet customer needs.
To drive volume growth in target + potential trade lanes by launching promotional rates.
