The Wholesale Client Profitability (WCP) Change Management Senior Associate will coordinate WCP's Book of Work planning, tracking, and release schedule, assist with the assembly and maintenance of stakeholder materials, and manage internal Change Management projects.
In addition, this role will support the WCP Lead with business management and project management support across WCP.
Job Responsibilities
The Wholesale Client Profitability Change Management Senior Associate will coordinate WCP's Book of Work planning, tracking, and release schedule; assist with the compilation and maintenance of stakeholder materials, and manage internal Change Management projects.
In addition, this role will support the WCP Lead with business management and project management support across WCP.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess analytical, critical thinking, and project management capabilities as well as sound organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to identify risks & control gaps and inefficiencies.
