As a Scrum Master/Agile Lead in our Corporate team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

The Wholesale Client Profitability (WCP) Change Management Senior Associate will coordinate WCP's Book of Work planning, tracking, and release schedule, assist with the assembly and maintenance of stakeholder materials, and manage internal Change Management projects.

In addition, this role will support the WCP Lead with business management and project management support across WCP.

Job Responsibilities 

The Wholesale Client Profitability Change Management Senior Associate will coordinate WCP's Book of Work planning, tracking, and release schedule; assist with the compilation  and maintenance of stakeholder materials, and manage internal Change Management projects.

In addition, this role will support the WCP Lead with business management and project management support across WCP.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess analytical, critical thinking, and project management capabilities as well as sound organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to identify risks & control gaps and inefficiencies.

• Engage with WCP Analytics Solutions team, WCP Technology, other change managers, and business partners to monitor the progress of the Book of Work from demand review and planning through release and implementation.
• Ensure the completeness and timeliness of WCP Jira board and backlog
• Participate in WCP Agile ceremonies and serve as backup for the regular ceremony leaders
• Assist WCP Leadership Team with stakeholder and business partner communications.
• Lead WCP Change Management process-improvements and documentation efforts.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Solutions, Data Science, or similar discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services, business analytics, project management, or equivalent.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Agile processes and ceremonies.
• Superior written and verbal business communication, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
• Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
• Effectively prioritize and multi-task
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint; prior experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Tableau, is a plus
