Join our Digital Technology transformation team as Scrum Master and you can help make it happen. Your job? Coach Digital Technology in our customer-centric transformation journey.


Digital Technology is transforming while increasing adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model to promote agility, “end to end” accountability, automation and value creation for customers.


Digital Technology transformation team is focusing on improving speed and quality of Tech delivery implementing Agile principles.


Journey is on-going and has demonstrated value. Transformation approach is based on experiment with product owner coaching . We are in our 2nd cohort of coached product owners. To scale this hands-on coached approach to more Digital Tech product/platform, we would like to enlarge current transformation team.


The products you may help build or accelerate customer centric approach will be serving following scope:


  • Digital Workplace
  • Client experience
  • Communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
  • Integrated data solutions for applications & platforms
  • Infrastructure Cloud & On-Prem for applications & platforms
  • Connectivity & authentication for users, applications & platforms

Main responsibilities:


You as Scrum Master/Agile Coach & Continuous improvement enabler


Your mission is to serve as a 'team change agent and coach,' enabling Digital Technology transformation by delivering the best possible products and achieving successful outcomes at every iteration, always keeping customer value at the forefront.


You will be working closely with other agile coaches with diverse background and seniority and be part of Digital Product Owner network for peer sharing.


Product owners will be based mainly in Americas, Europe and Asia.


  • You will be located in one of our Digital Hub with a dynamic local community of digital people and Sanofians
  • Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Agile Adoption and Leadership
  • Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and outcome-driven decision-making.
  • Product Development Coaching
  • Help build our product catalog.
  • Guide sustainable cadence in product development.
  • Bring agility into product discovery.
  • Learning from data and take decision from it.
  • Collaborative Mindset
  • Support collaboration between cross-functional product teams & business stakeholders.
  • Remove impediments for continuous flow and improvement.
  • Strategic Alignment
  • Collaborate with product management for vision and strategy alignment.
  • Focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Process improvement
  • Facilitate focus group working on process improvement.

About you



Professional Experience


  • Over 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in complex environments.
  • Certifications: Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Nice to have: Experience in project management (cycle V) as we are in transition.
  • Nice to have: Experience in process engineering / lean process improvement.
  • Nice to have: Participation in Product driven transformation approach.

Product Coaching Expertise


  • Proven expertise in Agile product management and continuous product discovery
  • Nice to have: Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and release planning for achieving significant outcomes.
  • Nice to have: Experience in infrastructure or technology.

Global Product Scaling


  • Experience in effectively coaching Product Owners to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders.

Lean Principles and Product Development


  • Nice to have: Solid understanding of applying Lean principles in product development.

Agile Leadership


  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills for effective coaching and team influence
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Language


  • Strong English communication skills
