- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives
- Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments and blockers to the team's progress and escalate to RTE, if necessary
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
- Track and report on team progress and performance metrics
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies
- Promote continuous improvement within the team
- Educating and coaching the team in Scrum
- Coaching the team in self-management
- Creating the environment for continuous improvement on Team level
- Supporting the overall SAFe implementation
