Job Description: Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices Remove impediments and blockers to the team's progress and escalate to RTE, if necessary Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog Foster a collaborative and productive team environment Track and report on team progress and performance metrics Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies Promote continuous improvement within the team Educating and coaching the team in Scrum Coaching the team in self-management Creating the environment for continuous improvement on Team level Supporting the overall SAFe implementation
