Job Title: Scrum Master
What you`ll do :Summary:
• Follow the Agile development model, demonstrating self-motivation and independent decision-making.
• Act as a strong team player, contributing to the team's success and achieving shared goals.
• Oversee the Agile process and coordinate Agile teams within the SAFe framework.
• Enhance and monitor team effectiveness and collaboration throughout development.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong enthusiasm and passion for Data Management and Data Integration projects. Our global SAP CPIT Integration teams leverage the latest integration Technologies to deliver best-in-class integration services for our internal stakeholders.
What you bring
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of core Agile ceremonies, including Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Daily Standups, Iteration Retrospectives, and Program Increment Planning
• Experience in Data Management or Integration projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with the SAFe framework is a plus.
• Strong leadership mindset, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery tools such as Jira and MURAL.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, effective within the team and across cross-functional teams.
• A dedicated team player with strong communication skills, passion for their work, self-motivation, and drive.
• Quick learner with solid time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience working with diverse Agile teams and adapting to different team dynamics.
