In the Digital & Transformation Organization (D&TO), we are looking for visionaries who are willing to push boundaries to help us rewrite the rules for HP Inc . The D&TO will accelerate transformation through embracing agile new ways of working, investing in the digital literacy of our workforce, and using the power of data, AI, automation, and robotics to extract cost and complexity from across our business.


The Enterprise Planning program is transforming how HP does enterprise-wide planning and forecasting, from WW LTP to weekly account planning in countries. This effort is multi-dimensional in nature, including (1) elements of organizational design, (2) process redesign, (3) applying sophisticated technology and application tools, and (4) leading advanced change management techniques to deliver the full value of large-scale transformation. 


The EBP Anaplan Scrum Master will work closely with the Director, Enterprise COE to manage the delicate work of rearchitecting the cadence, measures, executive decision rights and all associated executive forums.  This work is challenging but will also be one of the most impactful efforts we tackle as company over the next year.


The specific responsibilities of the role:


  • Define and effectively run large and comprehensive Agile program governance - project management tool, cadence, management oversight, measures of success required to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget and that meet program goals.


  • Drive agile planning (sprint & release planning), ceremonies (scrum meetings, scrum of scrums, retrospect) in coordination with the sub-track project managers and implementation teams


  • Coordinate subject matter experts, functional leaders, and workstreams to ensure success of the program and associated workplans.  


  • Identify, develop, track and report on KPIs and metrics that support program objectives.


  • Coordinate with global stakeholders across the program and consulting partner to deliver the materials needed for all executive forums, including ELT reviews.


Education and Experience Required


  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree in business management preferred


  • SCRUM Master Certification


  • Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience a plus


  • Typically 4-6 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. First level university degree.


Knowledge and Skills


  • Proven track record of Agile program leadership including leading global, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization


  • Experience with implementation projects related Enterprise Business Planning, Anaplan, Sales Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Financial Planning, SAP


  • Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests.


  • Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.


  • Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.


  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.


  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.


  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Strong project management skills.


  • Developed relationship management skills.


  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.


  • Ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data.


Desired


  • Experience with Anaplan


  • Experience in strategic planning and/or forecasting


  • Knowledge of Service Now, JIRA and/ or SmartSheet
