Responsibilities:
- Determine customer needs and provide technical expertise to successfully implement our products in their applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain impeccable records and provide accurate reports
Requirements:
- Life Sciences or related field, PhD or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a field applications role, preferably in the scientific industry
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques and instruments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 70 % of the time
