Seeking an experienced chemist / Engineer / scientist to provide technical expertise and support to our Solenis product portfolio for raw material qualification. The focus of this role will be to lead and deliver raw material management projects for R&D. This role works in collaboration with supply chain, sourcing and formulation scientist to qualify raw materials.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated knowledgeable individual that can solve a wide variety of problems, has strong technical background and manage and prioritize shorter term projects and product developments. The individual in this position will effectively partner with other departments such as Regulatory function, Supply Chain and sourcing leads, & Technical Services. The individual will lead and manage Raw Material qualification projects, margin improvement projects and ensure Raw material compliance.
The candidate will be a technical partner to regional sourcing leadership team on behalf of R&D. This position is the focal point for all R&D related matters in raw material management process and will prioritize RM projects. The Raw material Manager has a problem-solving mindset that works in a systematic fashion. Shows a “can do attitude” in order to help the business & Supply chain forward.
