And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.We’re here to better our world with biology.In this Role you will make an impact by:Supporting the animal nutrition and feed enzyme sales by providing scientific support service to Novonesis alliance partner and alliance customers.Act as relationship manager to our alliance partner in India.Build the full value around feed enzymes and alliance solutions through managing scientific tasks and projects relating to India market and assigned countries.Demonstrate and visualize the science behind alliance solutions at expos and customer venues and provide technical trainings prior to India but also MEIA region.Hold the responsibility to transfer scientific support knowledge and tools into assigned countries/regions.Project management of technical projects.Provide content to service tools and databases.Guidance of laboratory staff/lab coordinator and own the data assessment and the reporting.Inspire and help to develop new products and services relating to assigned countries/region.Support launch activities and core teams with know-how around the region.TO Succeed you must have:Technical M.Sc. or PhD degree in relevant areaMin. 5 years relevant work experience and demonstrated track recordFound understanding of fundamental microbiology, biochemistry and enzymesIndustry insights of Indian feed and nutritional market of advantageExcited about presenting science and positioning the power and science of alliance solutions Ability to lead scientific and technical tasks with commercial mindset and ability to relate to customer needs and business strategiesBe able to work independently, but also be a team player motivated by common goals and collaboration in an international environmentEnjoy communicating with diverse stakeholders – both internally and externally cross-functional and cross-culturalStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWillingness to travel as per the Business NeedCould our purpose be yours?
