Student Support: Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing emotional, social, and academic concerns, and offering guidance for personal development.
Collaboration with Faculty & Parents: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to design and implement programs that enhance student mental health and well-being.
Key Requirements:
Education: A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years working as a School Counselor, preferably in an IGCSE or similar academic environment.
Empathy & Communication: Ability to build rapport with students of varying age groups, offering support and guidance in a professional and approachable manner.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Skilled in identifying issues, developing strategies, and providing solutions to support students’ mental health and academic success
