Job Description

What success looks like in this role:


  • Responsible for managing the delivery for few clients. Delivery includes implementing the FSR (WFM) Cycle end to end.
  • Process Improvements
  • Hypercare program for new accounts
  • Work with Solution Architects for prospective customer
  • People Management/Development
  • Knowledge Enhancement
  • Focus on improvement areas by client for all FSR (WFM) metrics
  • Effective Coordination within the Team and a good Team Motivator
  • Initiatives that would improve the process/metrics for an account/Region

You will be successful in this role if you have:


BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
