Could you be the full-time SC2 Material Planner in our dynamic Supply Chain Solutions Centre we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless execution of materials planning processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Site Material Planners, Site Buyers), coordinate with both internal and external partners to fulfill tasks within the agreed Service Level Agreements, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of creating and managing material planning documents in our ERP system, GSI, as well as ensuring accurate supplier delivery confirmations are communicated effectively.
We’ll look to you for:
End-to-end material planning and documentation
Effective communication of Alstom delivery requirements to suppliers
Coordination with internal and external networks to meet SLAs
Acting as a site representative when interacting with suppliers
Maintaining accurate system information for site material planner reference
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain

Degree in B.E/B.Tech in any subject
Experience or understanding of supply chain processes and tools
Knowledge of ERP tools, particularly with Materials Management Modules
Familiarity with Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
A certification in supply chain management would be advantageous
Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel & BI tools
