Could you be the full-time SC2 Material Planner in our Supply Chain Solutions Centre we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll create Material Planning documents in GSI (Alstom ERP Solution) and communicate Alstom's delivery requirements to suppliers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Site Material Planners, Site Buyers, Key Users & Regional Business Process Experts), coordinate with internal & external networks to execute tasks within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA), and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of receiving supplier delivery confirmations to ensure accurate information is available for Site Material Planner reference, but also act as a representative of the site when interacting with Suppliers.
We’ll look to you for:
End-to-end material planning
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining accurate data in our ERP system
Coordinating tasks within the agreed SLAs
Supplier relationship management
Continuous improvement of supply chain processes

Degree in B.E/B.Tech in any subject
Experience or understanding of supply chain processes & tools
Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly in Materials Management Modules
Familiarity with Material Requirement Planning and MIS extraction from Supply Chain Information Systems
A certification in Supply Chain Management (desirable)
Proficient in English with strong communication skills
Competency in using tools like MS EXCEL & BI
