Could you be the full-time Supply Chain Specialist in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and strategic planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to the efficiency of our supply chain operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Site Material Planner, Site Buyer, Key User & Regional Business Process Experts), manage materials planning processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of creating material planning documents in GSI (Alstom ERP Solution) and communicating delivery requirements to suppliers, but also coordinating with internal and external networks to execute tasks within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
We’ll look to you for:
Executing materials planning processes
Ensuring accurate information is available for Site Material Planner reference
Coordinating with internal and external networks
Acting as a representative of the site when interacting with suppliers
Ensuring compliance with our service standards and protocols
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Academic diploma in any subject; Supply Chain preferred
Experience or understanding of Supply Chain processes & tools
Knowledge of ERP tools with a focus on Materials Management Module
Familiarity with MS EXCEL & BI tools
Fluency in English
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
