Could you be the full-time SC2 Material Planner in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and materials management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the smooth and efficient execution of Materials Planning Processes within the scope of the Supply Chain Solutions Centre Team. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Site Material Planners, Site Buyers, Key Users & Regional Business Process Experts), manage ERP tools related to Materials Management, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of creating Material Planning documents in GSI (Alstom ERP Solution) and communicating Alstom delivery requirements to suppliers, but also coordinate with internal and external networks to execute tasks within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
We’ll look to you for:
Executing materials planning processes effectively
Creating and managing Material Planning documents
Ensuring accurate system information for Site Material Planner reference
Coordinating with internal and external partners to meet SLAs
Representing the site in interactions with suppliers
Maintaining strong supplier relationships

Experience or understanding of shared services or remote working environments
Knowledge of supply chain processes and tools
Familiarity with ERP tools, particularly Materials Management Modules
A certification in supply chain management is advantageous
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and BI tools
