The IT Engineering/Operations Professional will be responsible for managing, implementing and maintaining complex IT solutions, as well as managing day-to-day operations to meet business requirements. The goal is to ensure the stability, performance and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.
The IT Engineering/Operations Professional will be responsible for managing, implementing and maintaining complex IT solutions, as well as managing day-to-day operations to meet business requirements. The goal is to ensure the stability, performance and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Design, implement, administer and manage IT infrastructure
Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to ensure scalability and reliability
Collaboration in IT projects regarding solution generation and task management
Process tickets in the form of very complex incidents and service requests
Communication with end users and other internal stakeholders
Independent solution analysis and implementation of the solution in your own and related areas of activity
Documentation of work activities in accordance with valid policies (e.g. creation of change requests) and regular further development of policies
Collaboration with solution architects to develop new complex solutions
Qualification & Skills:
Academic Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT engineering/operations roles with a focus on infrastructure management (on-premise & cloud)
Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure server administration, network management, and system troubleshooting
Fluent in English
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
