SAP Testing Senior Consultant L4/R4SAP Skills- 6 to 8 years direct experience in hands on software testing and ensure quality standards for software testing.
- 2 to 4 years of exp in test automation (Code/low code/no code) across different technologies in web/mobile apps.
- Good Significant experience in quality assurance processes, software lifecycle, testing, planning, execution & defect tracking, all phases of SDLC & STLC.
- Profound experience in Unit, Build Verification Testing (BVT) System, Integration, Security and Regression testing.
- At least two full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
- Practical knowledge of quality assurance tools, packages & methodologies.
- Project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
- Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge on ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management).
- Understands of SAP Activate Methodology.
- Ability to lead workstream activities on a project.
- Experience/Knowledge of performance testing is good to have.
Responsibilities- Translate test case requirements into automated end-to-end test scripts.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Perform extensive front end UI testing identifying UI, data as well as browser compatibility issues.
Business Skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

- Has a solid foundation for consulting “soft” skills necessary on client engagements, may act as a coach for others related to these soft skills.
- Ability to interpret requirements and apply SAP best practices.
- Ability to identify upsell opportunities and assists in management of scope.
- Develop new professional peer relationships for additional business or possible new consultants.
- Helps develop overall marketing messages.
- Communicates project resource requirements to staffing coordinator/clients.
- Ensures quality implementation (works with QA program)
- May participate in Pre-Sales as part of the client pursuit team.
