Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Implement and support the SAP Success Factors Recruiting (RCM and RMK) and Onboarding (1.0 and 2.0) projects.
  • Should be able to support Recruiting (RCM and RMK) Onboarding (1.0 & 2.0) Systems
  • Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Success Factors Solution
  • Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
  • System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.
  • Help clients understand alternatives for system configuration and design.
  • Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
  • Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments

Job Requirements:


Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Certification in SuccessFactors - Recruiting (RCM and/or RMK) & Onboarding 2.0.
  • Must have done at least three end to end implementation in Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Experience on Industry or consulting.
  •  Knowledge on documentation and training materials.
