Responsibilities:Implement and support the SAP Success Factors Recruiting (RCM and RMK) and Onboarding (1.0 and 2.0) projects.Should be able to support Recruiting (RCM and RMK) Onboarding (1.0 & 2.0) SystemsDefine business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Success Factors SolutionHands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.Help clients understand alternatives for system configuration and design.Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scriptsStrong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environmentsJob Requirements:Qualifications:4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and OnboardingCertification in SuccessFactors - Recruiting (RCM and/or RMK) & Onboarding 2.0.Must have done at least three end to end implementation in Recruiting and Onboarding.Experience on Industry or consulting. Knowledge on documentation and training materials.
