Role and Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (RCM) to join our dynamic team.
- Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors solutions to the customers.
- Work with the customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions.
- Conducting requirement gathering workshops & Trainings.
- Understand the requirement and Propose the Best suited solution.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors RCM/RMK.
- Prepare Application specific solution documents (Workbooks, UAT document & user manuals)
- Thorough Knowledge and understanding of Recruiting, recruiting posting, and recruiting marketing.
- Understanding RCM integration with other applications.
- Knowledge of Recruiting dashboard & reporting and Manage issues/ changes with career site builder, ODATA API.
- Good understanding of XML to design templates and work with other features.
- Aware of SF Recruiting Integration center with jobboards, agencies and other marketing platforms.
- Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members.
- Analysis, documentation, and presentation of new release features to client.
