Job Description

Implementation and Configuration:


Configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment and Candidate Management (RCM & RMK), Compensation (Comp), Variable Pay (VP), Workforce Analytics (WFA), Employee Central Time Tracking, and Succession Management (SP) & Career Development Planning and Mentoring (CDP), People Analytics: Reporting & Work Zone to meet business requirements.


System Design:


Design and develop customized solutions within SAP SuccessFactors to optimize processes and enhance user experience.


Data Migration:


Execute data migration activities to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.


Troubleshooting:


Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules.


Upgrades and Enhancements:


Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve system functionality.


Documentation:


Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Additional Information

We are seeking a certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 0 to 2 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in Human Capital Management process. Knowledge on SAP Success Factors below modules will be an added advantage: configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment and Candidate Management (RCM & RMK), Compensation (Comp), Variable Pay (VP), Workforce Analytics (WFA), Employee Central Time Tracking, and Succession Management (SP) & Career Development Planning and Mentoring (CDP), People Analytics: Reporting (PA) & Work Zone (WZ).Qualifications:•Certification: SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least 2 of the relevant modules (LMS, RCM, Variable Pay, Workforce Analytics, EC Time Tracking) is required.•
