Job Description

Overall Responsibilities:


  • You will be required to work closely with the Head of HR Technology to support the production environment around SuccessFactors together with delivering small change and contributing to the HR Project Portfolio. Liaison with Information Systems development & Technical Services teams.


  • Support the day to day running of the HR Systems, including but not limited to
    • SAP SuccessFactors
    • Zellis
    • AON
    • Boomi
  • Support of annual cycles such as launch of appraisals, objectives, remuneration reviews and changes.
  • Addition of new capabilities such as new LMS suppliers
  • Data updates under change management
  • Compliance with IT Control environment including internal and SOX controls
  • Compliance with the Architecture Control Framework and other Information Systems wide standards.
  • Liaison with Near Shore support & Near Shore (small) change teams, co-ordinating the pipeline of work with Near Shore change.
  • Other responsibilities as agreed with line management.

Skills:


  • Proven track record of successfully supporting a production environment within HR (SuccessFactors, Zellis, Aon)
  • Excellent Understanding of the following modules
    • Learning Management
    • Performance Management (Objectives/goals and Appraisals)
  • Understanding of interfaces/integration from SuccessFactors including but not limited to Reporting centre, Integration Centre, Boomi and CPI
  • Understanding of Payroll and benefits systems such as Zellis and AON
  • Proven experience of working closely with business users of different levels including Senior, middle and junior  levels.
  • Use of productivity tools such as Confluence and Jira.
  • Proven experience of working with mixed teams of permanent staff, contractors, consultants, vendors & cloud/out-sourcing service providers.
  • Understanding of IT Control processes such as change management, segregation of responsibilities.

Experience:


  • At least 8 years of experience in SAP
  • Proven track record of delivering projects using emerging technologies
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams

Qualification:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in emerging technologies

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Passionate about technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements.
