Role - SAP SLcM Senior ConsultantResponsibilitiesAccountable for successfully implementing SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM) solutions, with the it.education template.Serve as subject matter expert in one or more of the areas of SLcM solutions.Ability to lead workshops with customers to demonstrate and explain module functionality and best practice processes with the SLcM solution and it.education template.Assist customers in improving business processes and document changes required to SAP SLcM configuration settings to implement redesigned business processes.Ability to develop to-be design documentation for SLcM process designs.Assist customers in identifying and resolving post-go-live issues.Updates all design, configuration, and specification documentation and conducts a documentation walk-through with the customer.Provides knowledge transfer to customers throughout the project;.Responsible for the management of module Scope.Identify and log project issues and risks.Establish clear expectations regarding status reporting, team communication and deliverable management.Manages and provides oversight of team tasks.Skills & QualificationA Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.At least 5-7 years of experience in implementing and/or supporting a student information system (SIS) in a consulting or employee position; specializing in Admissions, Progression, and Grading.Out of the overall experience, at least 3 years of SAP SLcM or other (e.g. PeopleSoft or Banner) implementation experience as a consultant or subject matter expert and 3-5 years experience with it.education template for SLcM. Experience working with a large complex university.Business SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Understanding of business processes for focus area or module.Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.Strong analytical skills.Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify touch points between modules.Consulting SkillsMust be result-oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel.Has a solid foundation for consulting “soft” skills necessary for client engagements.Ability to interpret requirements and apply SAP best practices.Ability to identify upsell opportunities and assist in the management of scope.Should be ready to work in US shift.
