Implementation and Configuration:Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment and Candidate Management (RCM & RMK), Compensation (Comp), Variable Pay (VP), Workforce Analytics (WFA), Employee Central Time Tracking, and Succession Management (SP) & Career Development Planning and Mentoring (CDP), People Analytics: Reporting & Work Zone to meet business requirements.Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to talent management, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and succession planning.System Design:Design and develop customized solutions within SAP SuccessFactors to optimize processes and enhance user experience.Integration:Ensure collaboration with technical team to set up seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules with other HR systems and applications.Data Migration:Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Training and Support:Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP SuccessFactors.Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules.Upgrades and Enhancements:Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve system functionality.Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
