SAP Security and GRC Analyst

Summarized Accountability:

We are seeking 5-6 years of experienced SAP [SAP Security and GRC analyst] to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working with various SAP modules to enhance, implement, and support business processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP systems and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidate must have S4 Hana , GRC Access Control 12.0, Fiori , ECC , Hana DB experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing SAP systems such as S4 HANA, ECC,GRC , HANA Database including identifying and resolving issues.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business users to gather functional requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation for SAP solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Training: Provide end-user training and support on SAP and GRC functionality.
• System Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and SAP system optimization.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, project managers, and developers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  
  Experience & Education:
   
• Bachelors in any Engineering Stream or Master’s degree (MBA or MTECH or ME)
• 5-6] years of hands-on experience in SAP S4 Hana , GRC access Control 12.0, Fiori , ECC , Hana DB experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or cloud-based SAP solutions.
• GRC access control, EAM, ARM, ARA and BRM experience should have.
• Good Knowledge and hands on SOD , Mitigation control , Business role.
• Hands on Role creation (Single, Enabler role, master derived, composite ) or role design experience
• If candidate have Audit and licensing experience that would be good
• Advantage : if Candidate have BTP and GRC Process Control knowledge, S4 Implementation experience , SAC
