  • 8 to 10+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP FICO module
  • 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience
  • Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion
  • At least 2 end to end SAP projects implementation experience
  • Must know processes and configurations in the areas of Bank Account Management, Lock Box, Electronic Bank Statement, Treasury - Inhouse Cash Management, Treasury.
  • Must know processes and configurations in Finance – AR, AP , GL, AA and Knowledge on Controlling, Tax, Costing, COPA, Product Cost Controlling
  • Must have hands on experience on end to end data migration activities and tasks both on ECC and S/4.
  • Integration with other modules such as Project Systems PS will be needed
  • Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications
  • Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices
  • Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives
  • Experience and knowledge of Activate Methodology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
  • Must have experience of work on Japanese projects. Should be Familiar with the Japanese Culture and should be able to work with the client and Japanese colleagues as one team.
  • Must be Fluent in Japanese language (speaking, reading & writing) being able to communicate well with Japanese customer (N1, N2 or N3 certified)
