- 8 to 10+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP FICO module
- 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience
- Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion
- At least 2 end to end SAP projects implementation experience
- Must know processes and configurations in the areas of Bank Account Management, Lock Box, Electronic Bank Statement, Treasury - Inhouse Cash Management, Treasury.
- Must know processes and configurations in Finance – AR, AP , GL, AA and Knowledge on Controlling, Tax, Costing, COPA, Product Cost Controlling
- Must have hands on experience on end to end data migration activities and tasks both on ECC and S/4.
- Integration with other modules such as Project Systems PS will be needed
- Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications
- Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices
- Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives
- Experience and knowledge of Activate Methodology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
- Must have experience of work on Japanese projects. Should be Familiar with the Japanese Culture and should be able to work with the client and Japanese colleagues as one team.
- Must be Fluent in Japanese language (speaking, reading & writing) being able to communicate well with Japanese customer (N1, N2 or N3 certified)
