Requirements:
- B Tech, BE, MCA, PGDCA or PGDBA having relevant Project Management certifications
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience with 5 years or more in IT implementation projects
- Should have minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and should have been part of at least 2 End to End ERP implementation covering at least 4 out of the listed modules in a Power Utility in India or Outside India
- Project management Developing and executing project management activities defining project scope managing milestones and dependencies and monitoring quality and performance
- Risk management Mitigating risks as defined in the project plan
- Change management Managing change requests validating budget and schedule impacts and communicating approved changes to all teams
- Communication Communicating with both technical and non technical staff
- Team management Managing a team of consultants and developers and ensuring they are working effectively
- Business stakeholder management Working closely with business stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met
- Project document management Defining a project document management framework and ensuring all project documents are owned by the right team members
- Project delivery Ensuring the successful transition of SAP systems to the cloud and enhancing scalability performance and cost efficiency
- Coordination Coordinating work between various parties like third party sub contractors SAP Custom Development and SAP Global Delivery
