SAP PI/PO and CPI Consultant

1. Education and Work Experience Requirements:· Minimum 15 years of full-time education.· 6 to 7 years of experience in SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI with at least 3+ years of experience in SAP CPI alone spanning implementation, migration, and support projects.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English language.(Knowledge of Hindi language is preferable)· Must have experience with working in Support Projects and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within prescribed timelines, and standard accepted practices.<p style="text-align:start">Mandatory / Preferred Skills: General· Ability to handle the complete integration landscape from a support perspective, solving incidents and change requests while maintaining the SLA.· Should be able to lead a team and provide proper and periodical updates to customer on the incidents and CRs while also making effective progress.· Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively, understanding the issues from a business perspective and providing on-time resolutions for the same.· Conduct requirement-gathering sessions related to new change requests and implement the integrations in both PI/PO and CPI seamlessly.· Ability to provide extended support, during weekends to assist on priority issues, system restarts and patch upgrades.· Ability to understand the need for adjusting or optimizing the existing integrations and provide proactive solutions to customer with multiple options.· Ability to support SAP PI/PO and CPI rollout testing project and provide production support for the plants, which went Go-Live.· Should have deep troubleshooting experience and express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in-written.· Establish and maintain effective and cooperative relationships with cross functional team.· Min 1 end to end Implementation experience including migration and cutover activity.· Working Experience in the SAP Support project within SLA timeline.· Working experience of S/4 HANA and Fiori Apps<p style="text-align:start">Technical Skills Mandatory / Preferred Skills:· Must have experience in troubleshooting various types of issues (communication channels, message & IDoc monitoring, mapping, authorization, certificates, connection, performance) from a monitoring perspective involving both PI/PO and CPI.· Proactive monitoring of the integration landscape and taking initiatives to setup automated alerts on message failures and certificate expiry.· Experience with implementation projects is a must to support change requests of differing complexity to be delivered effectively.· Experience in developing objects and iFlows in NWDS.· Experience in working with a variety of adapters like HTTP, REST, RFC, IDoc, XI, SOAP, JDBC, OData, FTP, SFTP, AS2, SFSF and connectivity setups like ALE and SOAMANAGER.· Extensive experience with B2B integrations and different protocols of B2B with a high-level experience in support at least 1 VAN provider (IBM, GXS, etc.,)<p style="text-align:start">Preferred certification:· SAP Certified Technology Associate: SAP Process Orchestration
