Job Title: SAP Junior Engineer/Junior Officer

Responsibilities:
- Periodic Price calculation Domestic customer (Zinc / AL RM price and currency rate fluctuation).
- Export Periodic price calculation and approval, Monthly price approval.
- Price and qty. maintenance in SAP (Domestic and Export Customer), PO Review and record maintenance for (OE+SPD).
- Monthly price approvals (Domestic and Export).
- SPD master data preparation.
- Price difference (Supplementary Invoice/ Debit Note) preparation and submission.
- J-SOX back up arrangement and record maintenance.
- Receivable control, debit settlement.
- FOC Sales order Dom and Export.
Experience: 3 – 6 years
Skills:
- Relevant experience in automobile industry for Sales.
- Independently able to deal with Customers & negotiate.
- Good knowledge of SAP SD function.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, advance level in Excel & PowerPoint is must.
- Experience in Carburetors, Air Suction Valves and Fuel Injection parts will be added advantage.
Personal Attributes:
- Relevant experience in automobile industry for Sales.
- Independently able to deal with Customers & negotiate.
- Good knowledge of SAP SD function.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, advance level in Excel & PowerPoint is must.
- Experience in Carburetors, Air Suction Valves and Fuel Injection parts will be added advantage.
Qualification: Engineering graduate (Mech/Auto). Commerce graduate/postgraduate. Any other Graduation related to commercial background. Knowledge of Japanese Language will have additional weightage.
