Job Description

Role purpose: 
Proficient in SAP MM with S4 HANA. Should have worked on SAP MM Implementation and support projects along with SAP EWM as secondary skills. Ability to successfully design, configure and deploy MM functionality to deliver a successful solution for the client.


Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:
•    SAP MM:
•    Proven SAP MM implementation experience of 4-8 years.
•    Expertise in end-to-end PTP cycle.
•    Skills in interface development, MM/EWM enhancements, reports, data migration tools, and preparation of FS/TS/test scripts.
•    Experience in designing and developing pricing procedures as per business needs.
•    Implementation/transformation to S4 HANA with end-to-end steps.
•    Knowledge of equipment handling with serialization procedures.
•    SAP EWM:
•    Basic knowledge of inventory/stock management processes.
•    Knowledge of delivery processing, goods receipt/issues process, and internal warehouse processes.
•    Data Migration:
•    Basic knowledge of the data migration process.
•    Exposure to master and transactional data migration during cutover.
•    Integration:
•    Exposure to designing complex interfaces with various legacy systems.
•    Expertise in EDI/IDOC handling.
•    Additional Skills (Added Advantage):
•    Implementation project experience for S/4 HANA.
•    Experience with APIs, sub-sub/cloud storage integration projects.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
•    Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, System Analysis, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
•    4 to 10 years of experience with contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
•    Gather requirements and prepare all necessary documentation for implementation projects.
•    Conduct end-to-end testing of newly developed scenarios.
•    Configure and develop SAP MM/EWM related functionalities.
•    Develop various integration interfaces with different legacy systems.
•    Perform data migration from legacy systems to S4 HANA.
•    Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
•    Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
•    Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
