The Procurement stream is composed of two business activities: Indirect procurement and Direct  procurement (Material Planning). The SAP Direct Procurement Solution Expert’s role is to ensure that the solutions for these business activities follow the defined core model.  This includes SAP ARIBA solution as well as SAP ECC6 MM as principal applications, and several satellites leveraging technologies such as BI, Process Mining and Data visualization.  You will need to interact with internal and external stakeholders.  In order to respond to our increased number of sites, which is a result of our accelerated deployment roadmap, we are looking for an SAP Direct Procurement Solution Expert to integrate our team. You will be working with other Solutions Experts and Specialist to keep growing inside this team and improve your skills and capabilities to become more and more autonomous.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Purchasing stream is composed of two business activities: sourcing and procurement. The direct procurement solution expert’s role is to ensure that the solutions for procurement activities follow the defined core model.  This includes ERP solution strongly interfaced with ARIBA solution for Direct procurement (Supply Chain Collaboration).  You will need to interact with internal and external stakeholders.  In order to respond to our increased number of sites, which is a result of our accelerated deployment roadmap, we are looking for a SAP MM expert with experience on ARIBA SCC to integrate our team. You will keep growing inside this team and improve your skills and capabilities to become more and more autonomous.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an SAP Direct Procurement Solution Expert, you are in charge of:

• Ensuring that ERP/ARIBA procurement Core Model (Solution + processes & rules) is well documented, evolves consistently and is not jeopardized by localization
• Supporting solution Roll-out, ensuring that Core Model is applied

• Delivering procurement Core Model evolution in accordance (change requests & project execution) with Métier strategynteracting with Operations teams by monitoring their activities & providing functional expertise when needed

  
  

 In order to be able to execute all the responsibilities’ above, you will be working with our external partners.  In addition, you will be constantly liaising between partners and local business in order to drive the different projects successfully.  When it comes to our applicative landscape, you will be working not only with partners and business but also with other IS&T teams in other pillars. Your functional expertise will be needed in order to deliver the different projects with high quality and on time. 

FUNCTIONAL SCOPE :

Your Functional scope contains following business processes:

• SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboratin : PO & SAR collaboration, Ariba Network
• End-to-end purchasing flows execution in ERP for Stock items : Source lists, Outline agreements, Scheduling agreements, Quotas arrangement, Confirmation, ASN, Purchase orders, Goods Receipts
• VMI & Consignment
• Subcontracting
• Procurement Master Data
• Supplier integration through EDI

PROFILE:

• Language skills: English expertise is a must both spoken and written.

  
  

• Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology, you have more than 7 years of experience in SAP procurement solutions.

  
  

• A strong knowledge on SAP ARIBA Supply Chain Collaboration with a specific focus on:

  
  

  • Purchase Orders and Scheduling Agreements collaboration

    
    

  • Integration with ERP backend (SAP ECC6)

    
    

  • Collaboration through Ariba Network

    
    
• A strong knowledge of SAP MM module:
  • Purchasing flows involving : scheduling agreement, outline agreement, purchase order
  • Confirmation & ASN processes
  • Goods receipt
  • Idoc & Webservice process (design & monitoring)
  • Integration with ARIBA SCC

Experience in following is a plus :
