The position is for a Management Reporting Expert Functional Analyst (COPA), and the roles and responsibilities are as follows:
- Act as an SME for developing Management Reporting Solutions using COPA & Margin Analysis
- Analyzes business requirements, converts requirements to functional and technical specifications, and designs cross functional solutions to meet complex business requirements
- Implement COPA, Margin Analysis project within budget and timeline with good quality
- Guide the onsite & offshore contingent workers on design, build, test, deployment, hyper care
- Connect regularly with the business team, identify user adoption pain points and provide issue resolution
- Conduct product, design solution assessment, support project plan and effort estimation process
Qualifications: Must Have
- 5 years SAP experience, including 2+ years expertise in Costing base COPA related configuration, derivation/user exit, report creation
- Expertise in the COPA, Margin Analysis integration with product costing, cost center/internal order settlement, revenue recognition in both ECC and S4 Hana environments
- Thorough Knowledge of FICO integration with other SAP Modules such as: CRM, Sales and distribution (Sales, Billing, Pricing), Materials Management, Production Planning, etc.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams in a dynamic matrix organization
- Experience in S4 Hana with S4 Hana hands on Implementation experience.
- Excellent Communication skills.
Strongly Preferred:
- User experience with Hadoop, Databricks, Tableau
- SAP S4 Hana CFIN certification
