Role Summary


We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba developer to oversee our procurement technology solutions and ensure the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP Ariba within our dynamic Digital Global Functions Team. As the SAP Ariba developer, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end procurement processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic guidance to streamline and enhance our procurement operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead SAP Ariba Projects: Oversee the implementation and deployment of SAP Ariba solutions, including sourcing, procurement, contracts, and supplier management.
  • System Integration and Configuration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP Ariba with ERP systems and other business applications. Customize and configure the platform to meet business requirements.
  • Project Management: Drive project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP Ariba projects, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline and improve procurement processes through automation and best practices within SAP Ariba.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and IT, to align Ariba capabilities with business needs and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Supplier Management: Support supplier onboarding, performance management, and compliance within the SAP Ariba Supplier Management module.

Required Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation, configuration, and support, with a proven track record in a lead or senior role.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, and Supplier Management. Strong knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA integration is preferred.
  • Project Management: Solid project management skills, with the ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and ensure delivery within scope and budget.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues within SAP Ariba.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications: SAP Ariba certification(s) or equivalent professional certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Ariba Guided Buying, Ariba Network, and integration with other procurement systems.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with procurement policies, vendor compliance, and risk management practices.
