Job Description

Salesforce Tech Lead:-


➢Extensive development experience in the Salesforce platform that includes coding and configuration.


➢Must be familiar with APEX programming language, Strong JavaScript, HTML & CSS


➢Must be experienced in creating LWC Lighting web components that are extensible and reusable.


➢Should be familiar with Salesforce Process Automation tools such as Flows, Workflow, Process Builder, Approval Process and Email Templates


➢Should have a good understanding of the Salesforce framework of information sharing via Profiles, Permission sets, Public Groups, Sharing Settings and Sharing Rules, and Salesforce Governing limits.


➢Should have Salesforce Mobile, Salesforce Experience Cloud Setup, and configurations experience.


➢Design and provide architecture diagrams whenever needed for any application, implement best practices, implement code coverages & unit test practices, and perform code reviews.


➢Experience in participating in Requirement elicitation sessions to analyze technical requirements & effort estimations.


➢Ability to help voluntarily and proactively, and support Team Members, Peers to deliver their tasks to ensure End-to-end delivery.


➢ Knowledge of Dev-Ops and other associated development tools like Auto-Rabbit, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Swagger, Postman etc.


Soft-Skills


Ability to work with Sr. Tech/business Stakeholders and Technology Team


Ability to proactively build consensus among the Stakeholders


Presentation Skills to present solutions to Architecture Review Boards


Ability to convince Tech Teams and Enterprise Architecture Group on solution approaches


Proactive Communication with Teams and People to ensure Solutions are implemented as planned.


Ability to help Team Members to grow in skills (upskill and cross-skill)


Ability to manage dependencies and interdependencies on people, processes and tools effectively to mitigate potential risks and issues.
