We are dedicated, open-access partners with a commitment to excellence in delivering services across Data & Analytics, Capital Markets, and Post Trade.Backed by three hundred years of experience, innovative technologies, and a team of over 23,000 people in 70 countries, our purpose is driving financial stability, empowering economies, and enabling customers to create sustainable growth.Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:Responsible for the end-to-end design of solutions on the Salesforce platform and other CRM technologies.Responsible for CPQ related designs on the Salesforce platform.Completion of solution architecture documents and artefacts in line with organisation standards.Attend architecture review boards to present solution designs.Work closely with business partners to define solutions.Work with the business partners and project team to ensure the solution meets the vision.Gather and analyse data to support assessments and recommendations.Support the transition of new projects into the delivery teams and ongoing governance.Provide guidance to the strategic direction of technology to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture.Identify Salesforce technical solutions and ecosystem products that address requirements.Hands-on Salesforce solution development with knowledge and experience across both declarative configuration and programmatic development.Explain complex technical matters to non-technical audiences.Broad understanding of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, Revenue).Ability to work and design solutions relating to other CRM Technologies.Qualifications & Experience:5+ years in Salesforce Architecture.Extensive experience in Salesforce CPQ.Deep understanding of the entire quote-to-cash journey in Salesforce.Ability to convert client requirements into Salesforce CPQ designs, demonstrating the ability to apply out of the box capabilities where possible.Good understanding of Salesforce Eco-System and other CRM Technology.Multi-cloud Exposure.Expertise in leading on and implementing technical solutions.Excellent documentation skills.Excellent communication skills.LSEG offers a range of tailored benefits and support, including healthcare, retirement planning, paid volunteering days and wellbeing initiatives.
