Could you be the full-time Salesforce Services Functional Specialist in our Digital Transformation organization we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Salesforce expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, supportive, and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to the design and evolution of Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with our core model. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (ERP, Engineering, Digital), manage application changes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing functional specifications, but also supporting application roll-outs.
We’ll look to you for:
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
Designing and configuring Salesforce applications to meet business needs
Ensuring the integration and quality of the application with other systems
Developing and executing test cases for application validation
Identifying and implementing improvements for functionality and user experience
Protecting the integrity of the Customer Services Solutions functional Core Model

Degree in engineering, preferably in information technology or computer science
Experience as a functional expert or Business Analyst in CRM applications, especially Salesforce
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce clouds
Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and integration technologies
A Salesforce certification (Administrator/Business Analyst)
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Experience with configuration tools and IT technologies supporting Customer Services
