As a Salesforce QA Consultant, you’ll apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management, and leadership skills from day one. You'll begin as a generalist and be placed in the thick of the action, as you work side by side with some of the best consultants and project managers in the business
What you’ll do:


  • Working closely with our development and implementation teams, you will be responsible for testing new functionalities, identifying bugs, and ensuring that our Salesforce solutions meet the highest standards of performance and usability. 
  • Analyze requirements, develop a test strategy and test plan, build and execute manual and automated test cases, track defects and report results 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and customer support, to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery of high-quality software 
  • Conduct defect analysis, root cause investigations, and drive timely resolution of issues.

Who You Are: 


  • You have a good understanding of Salesforce functionality. 
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrate accountability, trustworthiness, and empathy in your relationships with clients and colleagues. 

What you bring:


  •  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance. 
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. 
  • Experience in Salesforce QA, with a focus on testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products. 
  • Good communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant) are a plus. 
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and QA processes.
