Job Description -


As the Salesforce Platform Tech Lead and leader of the Indian Hub, you will drive technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the Salesforce team in India. You'll be responsible for overseeing complex Salesforce implementations, mentoring team members, and ensuring seamless integration with global operations. Your role is crucial in maintaining high standards of delivery and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


Responsibilities:


Lead and mentor the Salesforce development team in the Indian hub
Oversee architecture and design of complex Salesforce solutions
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with global teams to align on project goals and timelines
Drive innovation and adoption of new Salesforce features
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for the Indian hub
Liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements
Implement and maintain development processes and methodologies
Represent the Indian hub in global technical discussions and planning

Required Qualifications and Background:


8+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and architecture
Salesforce ApplicationArchitect/System Architect and/or multiple Salesforce certifications
Proven experience leading and mentoring Salesforce development teams
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limits and governor limits
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
Experience with DevOps practices and tools in Salesforce development
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:


Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication abilities, both technical and non-technical
Cultural sensitivity and experience working in global teams
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to mentor and develop talent within the team
Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating technical risks

Adaptability to changing project requirements and technologies
