Role Description
The Operations Analyst - Salesforce CRM is responsible for supporting the vision, strategy, and implementation of DWS' global CRM program. The role encompasses daily system operations, user support, the further development and maintenance of the platform, stakeholder alignment with internal sales units as well as close cooperation within the Client Experience, Marketing & Digital Sales team.

Your key responsibilities
•Taking responsibility for the targeted use of all modules in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Extending Marketing Cloud beyond declarative configuration – including building integrations
•Writing SSJS script for complex data operations
•Developing dynamic/personalized experiences utilizing HTML, CSS, AMPscript and others
•Implementation of customer journeys, automations, cloud pages, personalization, and email HTML templates
•Integration of data sources, manipulation and client segmentation with SQL
•Analyse functional, non-functional requirements and solution designs to implement robust best fit Salesforce Platform and campaigns.
•Responsible for operations of SFMC infrastructure and ensure compliance to Data Policy and Data Protection Regulation (FINRA, GDPR, CCPA)
•Experience in Vue Javascript framework & REST API is a plus
•Taking over the developer role in the team
Your skills and experience
•First professional experience in marketing automation with an eye for detail
•Experience in email communication best practices and expertise in SFMC Cloud Pages, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder, Web Studio, AMP Script and SQL is required
•Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) and Data Cloud (CDP) preferred
•SFMC Email Specialist Certification and/or Developer Certification and/or Sales Cloud Administrator Certification is a plus
•Good understanding of CRM concepts and interfaces between Salesforce CRM and mass mailing systems as well as content management systems
•Experience supporting end users, requirements gathering and documentation
•Communication skills in English – both written and verbal
•Bachelor and/or advance degree
