Position: Presales Manager (Salesforce) – US Shift

Job Summary:
Seeking a technically skilled Pre-Sales Consultant (Salesforce) with a background in development/testing who transitioned into BA/Pre-Sales. The ideal candidate should have expertise in requirement scoping, functional analysis, solution design, proposal preparation, client presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the pre-sales cycle with the sales team, including requirement analysis and solution design.
- Coordinate with technical project managers to gather necessary insights.
- Provide responses to RFIs/RFPs and create techno-functional proposals.
- Deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and business case development.
- Estimate effort and cost to support sales proposals.
- Represent the company in business calls and events.
- Ensure seamless handover to post-sales teams for implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce pre-sales.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities.
- 3+ years of development experience with expertise in architecture, solution landscapes, and technical designs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
- Prior experience working with US clients.
Desirable Skills (Added Advantage):
- Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience in data management, web-based architecture, and B2B integrations.
- Knowledge of API integrations, SOA, Web Services, and Security protocols.
