Job Description

Role: Salesforce Developer

Location: Kharadi, Pune

We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce developer to empower our business operations team. You will be responsible for building custom software applications on the Salesforce platform that meet our specific requirements for client management and other daily operations. You will also integrate Salesforce with existing systems, ensuring data accuracy and security and providing technical support whenever required. The ideal candidate has a proven background in developing and customizing Salesforce applications, as well as experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.


What will you be doing?
  • Should have strong hands-on experience in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Workflow & Approvals, Validation Rules, Process builder, Dashboards, Reports, Custom Objects, Batch Apex, Lightning Component,
  • Creating custom solutions by designing and developing Salesforce applications.
  • Participate in the entire software development process, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Supporting, maintaining, and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for efficient functionality.
  • Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs.
  • Collaborating with customers and other developers to identify and implement improvements to the system.
  • Ensuring compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce.
  • Should be able to analyze the artifacts for deployment based on Sprint releases, translating those artifacts into deployable bundles using the Salesforce toolsets and/or Salesforce native toolsets.
  • Should collaborate with teams and support emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.
  • Coordinate Salesforce release activities and end-to-end deployment planning with multi-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies.
  • Develop various types of documentation, such as user guides, release notes, and design documents, to support the company's needs.
  • Work closely with technical teams to collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions!
  • Identify and solve issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend standard processes to improve the existing Salesforce implementations.

What will you need to be successful?


  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in computer engineering or information technology
  • Should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce software development.
  • Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration, including Salesforce lightning framework, Salesforce Sales, and/or service cloud
  • Profound experience with Salesforce: sales process, case management, triggers, APEX classes, flows, approval process, Salesforce security, access, LWC, lightening preferred.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts optimally to both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Competences: Interpersonal skills, Strong analytical skills, self-starter, Organizational agility, SFDC, Flosum, Apex, LWC, Trigger, JIRA, etc.
  • Certification with Salesforce Certified Administrator is a must.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer1 is a must.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant is good to have.
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant is good to have.
