The Position
As an Advanced IT Developer at Novo Nordisk, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Integration.
  • Configure Salesforce using flows, validation rules, Reports and Dashboards, Object and Field Management, and user management.
  • Manage a DevOps process with version control systems and provide ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry processes and regulations.

Qualifications 


  • Graduate having bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in Business, information systems, computer science, or related field preferred.
  • Should have overall 5+years of experience with relevant 3+years’ experience in salesforce development and administration.
  • Good experience in  working in an agile development environment.
  • Good experience Azure DevOps (Good to have).
  • Domain knowledge of Healthcare/Pharma/Life Sciences (Good to have).
  • Experience in stakeholders management, business analysts, architects, cross-functional team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Salesforce certification (Preferred).
  • Should possess strong communication skills.
  • High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate Pro-activeness and Ownership.

About the department
Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. Our department is responsible for managing IT operations, including system management, project management, infrastructure management, compliance management, security management, process management, and vendor management. As part of the Commercial IT department, you will be working closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams to deliver projects and manage systems. Join our team and contribute to the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk.
