Assisting in the identification, isolation, resolution and communication of problems within the production environment What you bring -Minimum of 3 to 10 + years of experience.Experience with working collaboratively using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology.Proven work experience as a Salesforce DeveloperIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalitiesSkills –Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholdersSalesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reportsGood knowledge of implementing solution using Apex, LWC, Flows etc.Knowledge of Omniscripts would be added advantage.Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, SLDS.Security aspects in Salesforce like user and license management, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
